Initial consultation
Discuss what you plan to do, the business structure and your expected accounting obligations.
From registering a limited company to choosing your accounting software, MLE Accounting can help you understand the steps involved in getting a new venture organised.
Email MLE Accounting →The decisions you make at the outset affect the way your business is registered, taxed and administered. We can discuss the appropriate structure and the records you need to keep.
Identity verification is a legal requirement for company directors and people with significant control (PSCs). These steps are particularly important when you are registering a new limited company.
Identify each proposed director and the people with significant control. Directors need Companies House personal codes for a new incorporation.
Use the official GOV.UK One Login route or an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). You will need suitable identity information and, usually, photo ID.
After successful verification, you receive a Companies House personal code. Supply each director’s code as part of the incorporation filing.
Submit the incorporation information to Companies House. People with significant control must also provide their personal codes within the applicable statutory time window.
Once registered, a new company needs reliable records and an understanding of ongoing responsibilities.
Email a short outline of your plans and we can discuss the initial consultation, formation support and software setup.
